Power, Politics and Organizational Management
Survival of the fittest implies everywhere but survival without skills sometimes applied in politics. No doubt, you need guts to stay in organization by hook and crook for your livelihood. According to me, the definition of politics is “ Raaj Karne Ki Neeti” , which is informal, unofficial, and sometimes behind-the-scenes efforts to sell ideas, influence an organization, increase power, or achieve other targeted objectives but in recent era its definition is somehow modified or manipulated. The principle of growth sometimes is to lag someone who have potential through bad intention either directly or indirectly. So that the person who is skilled or not, comes in limelight. But it does not work in long time. Actually what happens, only that organization survives for a long time which is for the employees working over there with faith in them and same applies for the employees who is honestly working for the upliftment of the organization and having faith in organization policies.
You have to perform and work according to the policies of the organization where you are working, whether you like it or not. No doubt, if you follow this principle, the organization and management will also identify you as a liable person. You will start liking the work atmosphere, if not, means you are not adapted for the same. When you cannot adapt somewhere, you will find problems in every organization.
This is the real applied theory for work ethics in any organization but one who fails or having some type of insecurity of chair or position he or she is holding will try to fail you by their negative mindset. Now here comes your real test, as a human being God has given you power to listen, think and decide logically. Never get influenced by conversations flow which is also a part of any social get together whether it is any organization or your home itself. But do remember, your gossip must not harm any structure of organization. Only one person cannot sail a ship, you need crew members along with every position occupied with righteous person.
I remember the day when some person asked me one day a question. The question is if you are the owner of a ship and you are sending it somewhere, then what will be first choice and must thing to promote, publicize and represent your organization??.My answer for the same is your HUMAN RESOURCE placed on any post whether Captain Or low grade personnels and must be impartial for every employee.
See politics is must to run any organization, but it should not be so personal and insecured for position that you start the British Policy” DIVIDE AND RULE” which is not fruitful in long time. Skilled and hard worker will find his or her way to survive but loopholes personnel who are jealous or get influenced will get confined to single place with same mindset which will somehow would appear to management and this is not good for image of a higher authorized or placed person or a group for whom he or she is working for. Work ethics say “Work for Organization Benefit but not get personal to demoralize your colleagues” Because there is no Comparison between Sun and Moon, as they Both Shines at Their Own Time.
